Hospice of the Piedmont, and its affiliate, Hospice of Randolph, has been recognized as a 2026 Quantum Certified Workplace™ in the Piedmont Triad, a designation awarded to organizations demonstrating a consistent commitment to building strong, supportive workplace environments where employees and teams can thrive.

The Quantum Certified Workplace™ designation acknowledges organizations that prioritize intentional investments in culture, employee experience, and workplace practices associated with healthy, high-performing teams.
