Guest Bio: Scott Murkin, MD, joined Hospice of Randolph in 2010 and serves as Attending Physician at the Randolph Hospice House since its opening in 2011. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, board certified in Hospice and Palliative Care and a Certified Hospice Medical Director. Prior to his work in hospice, Dr. Murkin practiced family medicine at White Oak Family Practice and White Oak Urgent Care in Asheboro. Dr. Murkin’s background in family medicine allows him to provide care for people of all ages and backgrounds regardless of what medical conditions they are facing.
