Adults Grief Counseling for Adults
Hospice of Randolph offers grief support for adults and families of hospice patients and community members who are struggling with the death of a loved one.
All services are offered free of charge and we are here to support you in ways that best serve your needs and wishes.
Adults can find support through –
- Individual and family sessions. Call us in Asheboro at 336-672-9300 or in High Point at 336.889.8446 to make an appointment with our bereavement team.
- Grief support groups for adults provide a safe, supportive environment where concerns, fears, and questions can be discussed. Support groups are led by experienced professional counselors and meet for five or more consecutive weeks. Groups are offered several times a year during daytime and evening hours.
- “Seasons” is our bereavement newsletter. For 13-months after the death of a loved one, our hospice families will receive a resource filled with information, suggestions and inspirational guidance for the grief journey. These newsletters are also available to the general public. To request the Seasons newsletters, please contact us.
- Educational events are held throughout the year, providing additional opportunities for support. Events such as Hope for the Holidays and the annual memorial service bring people together in the community for sharing, education, and support.
